We want your visit to a regional park to be fun and problem-free.

First, create an account.

Then, please take a minute to provide some information about your group's visit so we can check that there isn't any construction, trail closures, filming or other groups at the same time and place when you're planning to arrive.

Be aware that some parks (see sidebar) can be very busy at certain times of the year. We may ask that you consider an alternate location or date to accommodate everyone.

The form has options for multiple dates (as long as they're for the same park).
